Broadway Building
The Broadway project is a mixed use facility near downtown Salem. It will house a medical clinic, meeting spaces and classrooms – all geared to serve the community. The Broadway Project uses recycled construction materials, daylight and views, and will be built on a former Brownfield site. It will seek a LEED Silver rating.
